Cancelled orders
The gadget spec URL could not be found



Orders cancelled are reviewed and then closed by the customer relations team using the "CloseOrder" form.

Activity Name : Cancelled
Activity Owner : customerrelations@teeq.com
Form : "CloseOrder" form
Queue : Default queue
Next activity : Closed
Next activity trigger : "Close Order" button in the form


Configuring "Cancelled" workflow activity
   
Select the workflow activity in the cancel branch.
   
Rename this workflow activity as "Cancelled" by updating the value in the Namebox.
   
Only the customer relations team must be able to close order. 

Add the customer relations team mail id "customerrelations@teeq.com" in the formula bar.
   
Select the queue and form that must be used for accessing the order instances in the "Cancelled" workflow activity.

Queue: Default
Form: "CloseOrder"
   
Click on the "Filter data" icon to configure the page size and list display order.
   
Filter dialog box will be displayed. 

Select "Order_ID" for order by cell field to display order instances in order ID ascending order.

Enter the number of records that must be displayed per page in the page size field.

Click on the "Done" button.
