Creating a new form 
The gadget spec URL could not be found
Navigate to form design perspective
   
Open the category data model.
   

   
   
   


Click on the "Forms" tab to navigate to form design perspective.
   
   



Create a new form
   
Click on the "New" icon to create a new form.
   
Alternately, the create form icon next to "DefaultForm" tab can be used to create new category form.
   
   
   


Newly created form
   
A new form will be created in a separate tab. Double click on the tab to rename the form.
   
A 5x5 default grid is displayed.
   
"Insert" and "Delete" icons can be used to work with the grids and design the required form page layout.
   
   


   


Renaming forms
   
To rename a form, click on the required form in the navigation tab.
   
Enter the form name in the "Grid Name" dialog box and click on the "OK" button to confirm.
