Exploring reports perspective 
The gadget spec URL could not be found


Before we get started with creating and configuring reports, we will explore the reports perspective and understand the different options that are available for creating reports.

Reports Perspective



"Create Reports" option can be used to create new reports.

Once a report is created, the option to configure report filter parameters will be available.

If required, privileges can be configured for a report by assigning a role to the report. The role name must be entered in the formula bar.

"Connect" option can be used to select the required queue to display the report data.  
   
List of reports is displayed in the "Reports" pane on the left.
